Jenny has been practicing yoga for over 15 years.

Approach and contact with yoga through work.

Practice yoga deeply for health.

 

Because of the benefits that yoga brings, she decided to go to India to learn more about practicing yoga.

 

In 2010, she set foot on India, the original birthplace of yoga.

 

Life is like a puzzle. If a certain piece is put together, it feels right, then you are on the right pathway, and feel blessing.

 

She has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India for three consecutive years, from the most basic asanas to the second level. From now on, she continues to practice yoga every day, and yoga and meditation have become an indispensable part of her daily life.

 

Because of yoga, she started self-study in the field of traditional Chinese medicine on human body meridians. Due to private teaching experience, she discovered that the psychological impact on human health cannot be ignored. Then study and dabble in energy healing, aromatherapy, and flower essence therapy to help people better understand themselves and achieve balance between body, mind, and soul.

 

In 2022, In Cardiff, UK, teaching small yoga classes in the community and private yoga classes.

因工作接觸瑜伽。

因瑜伽帶來的益處,進而決定到印度深入了解練習瑜伽。

2010年踏上了瑜伽原始發源地~印度。

人生如同拼圖,某塊拼上了,拼對了,感覺對了,就是在對的路程上。

連續3年到印度Mysore練習Ashtanga Yoga, 從最基礎體位法到進而練習到二級階段。時而至今,不間斷每日瑜伽自我練習,瑜伽及靜坐已成為其每日生活中不可或缺的一環。

因瑜伽關係,進而自修涉獵中醫人體經絡領域。也因私人教學經驗下,發覺心理層面影響人體健康是不可忽略一環。進而研讀涉獵能量療癒、芳香療法、花精療法,以利協助人更加了解自我,以達到身心靈平衡。

2022 在英國卡地夫,於社區內教授小型瑜伽課 , 並教授私人瑜珈課。
